Ontario Appaloosa Horse Association

Joined to ask the question: Can you show a NC registered appaloosa in your club. I've been trying to decipher the info in the breed registry rules and regulations and find it very difficult to maneuver through.

I think they need a CPO? or performance permit if they don't have 3 characteristics? Which would mean a mare would need to be spayed?

Thanks for any input or clarification, the regulations turn me around in circles!
